Step 1: Once you find an item that you desire, you can add this item to your shopping cart remember that our shopping process is one item at a time, you can’t unfortunately buy multiple items at one go.
Step 2: The website will take you to the checkout process in which you will be able to pick your desired delivery method and make the payment through our secure payment gateway. In this case Trove makes use of Store to Door Delivery from Aramex (R100), Store Collection from Paxi (R60 to R100) and finally a free delivery arrangement between you and the seller if you are within the same area. Please Note: If you and the buyer have your own delivery arrangement we encourage users to meet at a public place do not give away your personal address
Step 3: Once the purchase is complete, our team will hold these funds and then notify the seller of the purchase. The seller has 5 working days to deliver this item to you
Step 4: Once the item reaches you, you will have 48 hours to ensure that it is the correct item and the quality of the item is satisfactory. Please note that our return policy does not include the incorrect size or the fact that you have changed your mind and if 48 hours have passed and you have notified Trove we assume that you are satisfied with you purchase and we will transfer the funds to the seller.
Step 5: In the event that you have received an incorrect item or an item of poor quality, Trove will reimburse you both the purchase price and the delivery price, however the buyer protection fee is not refundable. Please Note: Any transaction that is not made on Trove will not be protected, so we encourage you to always make use of the platform when buying from a seller.
